Here's a really early Eels track, released back in 1992 on A Man Called (E). E wasn't actually recording as "Eels" yet, so I guess it's not technically an Eels track but seeing as the sole constant member of Eels is E it might as well be. You certainly couldn't argue that it doesn't sound like the Eels!

A Man Called (E) is a great album with some brilliant tracks and it's well worth picking up if you're relatively new to the Eels (which it's very easy to be given the length of their career).
